Our first place to visit after leaving our hotel was the Bellagio. It was our intention to walk through all of the casinos and see the variety of interiors. HA!

The artist, Dale Chihuly, created 2,000 colorful handblown glass flowers in 1998 for display on the ceiling of the Bellagio lobby.

If it didn't hurt my neck so much, I would have stood underneath it for a while longer. Although I don't think that I would want to be under it if an earthquake hit as it weights about 40,000 pounds.

Glass flowers were not the only flowers in the Bellagio. The pink daisies were thick and in the prime of their bloom.

Care had been taken to plant many spring bulbs including these beautiful hyacinths. This section of the Bellagio was extremely fragrant .....which was a bit of a problem for my sisters aller

Having lived in Japan, I was intrigued by the display that they had from Japan including a Japanese Tea House and Zen garden.

Flying over the bridge were two Japanese Cranes. The Japanese version of "Live Long and Prosper!"
