I have been told that I should go on chopped because of some of the odd things I put together when I cook. In the basket today was
scallops
pepperoni rounds
coconut oil
cream cheese
cheddar cheese
I wasn't sure how things were going to taste together. I did add a small amount of lemon juice to the scallops as they cooked. The sauce was made just by dropping some cream cheese into the pan when the fish and meat were almost done cooking.

It was amazingly good. The spicy pepperoni's added a bit of pizzazz to the dish yet at the same time nothing was overly spicy.
