This morning I had a minor outpatient procedure done. My sister came down to drive me because they put me out. (She took the day off at the last minute since Dale was down sick.) At the appointment, they highly recommended that she stay with me during the day. She stayed until about 3:30 in the afternoon. As soon as she left, Sonjia jumped up on the couch next to me and snuggled.

It didn't take Duchess long to raise a ruckus in the other room. Sonjia took off running then Duchess jumped up on the couch. It was her turn for mama time.

It didn't take Misty Blue very long to make her way onto the couch. She didn't pull the same kind of trick that Duchess pulled. But she had to make sure that she got to take her turn on the couch with me. It is nice that my work is flexible enough that those days when I need to work from the couch with my computer on my lap, I can. It is also nice that all three of my dobie girls want to take their turn by me helping me feel better in their own special way.
