Not my Grandma's Bread Recipe

This weekend I plan on trying a new bread recipe.  It's a wheat bread that you can bake, put in the freezer and when you pull it out it's just like oven fresh.  I have a rule with baking.  Always start with the original recipe and never make it the same again.   .... more to come.
