When this sign first caught my eyes, I immediately thought of my spinning of wool and cotton. I was curious about why they would use such an odd terminology. But I brushed it off and ordered some Texas BBQ (slow cooked seasoned beef brisket.) I was intrigued enough to snap a picture. It was later as I scanned my photos for the day that I got their pun. On the front of the advertising marquee was the nose of an airplane with a propeller on it. It was the type of propeller that was cranked/spun by hand to start the engine.

The BBQ beef was fabulous! It was tender and full of taste. Definitely worth another stop.
