I am still making up for a Cracker Barrel not being around my place. Grilled steak, cooked sweet potato with a small amount of butter, brown sugar and cinnamin. The green beans are cooked with a hint of a smokey taste as if they were cooked over an open fire. Freshly baked corn bread muffins served with honey on the side. Ah, I love comfort food.
Maybe it is a good thing I don't live closer to one, I may go broke eating out. Some people say they want food different than what they make at home. Actually what I would really like is a chef and kitchen staff to cook for me and then clean up after themselves. Until I can afford that, I guess a restaurant with good food will do the job.
