This is another time that I wish you could smell this! I had a bag of chicken out to make for supper. Yesterday I picked some of the tomatoes. So I decided to try something different.
I put a little bit of water in the bottom of the crock pot. I layered the chicken legs/thighs with garden fresh rosemary. I peeled 2 garden fresh tomatoes, chopped 2 small onions and chopped about 5 cloves of garden fresh garlic. Then I cut an orange in half and squeezed the juice over the top. I'm looking forward to the flavors.
Obviously I wrote this in parts. It did not disappoint me. The layers of flavor were fabulous! Light and zesty with a slight accent of rosemary.
