For over 10 years, the previous owners had purple martin houses. They left them behind with instructions and magazines. We've been watching closely. On Monday, Dale opened up two sets of neats. We have a lot of sparrows, so it's important to watch the nests carefully.

I am amazed how close the birds allowed me to their nests. The male just sat their singing. I am looking forward to watching them and learning more about this bird.
