I think these yellow flowers are wild geraniums.

The Japanese peony tree is finally starting to bloom. I'm going to have to research this plant and see how tall it will get. So far it seems like a very pretty and hardy plant.

Last spring we purchased these beautiful purple flowers. Other things kept coming up and we never got them planted. That worked out well because then we could plant them out here.

Most of the lilac trees around the farm are very robust but this poor white tree. There are many small sucker plants at the bottom of the tree. I am going to try to nurture them and hopefully bring this tree back to life.
