I love springtime as I slowly watch the plants sprout and bud out. Then one by one, the plants bloom for their time.

On this sunny Sunday we made a rash move and put the ducklings in a new, larger home. They have the top of the dog kennel for a swimming pool. They have been making a mess playing in their drinking water.

The chics are happy to have the ducks gone. The 5 day old chick's were put together with the older chics and they are all doing well.

Then there are these two boys. They are about 5 to 6 months old at this time. They will make some good grass fed meat in a year.

I took longer than normal tonight to do chores this evening. I stopped by to visit with all of the animals, talking with them and petting them. Animals give a very calming, healing peace when you spend time with them.
