What is peak? I have always wondered that. By the time that the news reporters say that the leaves are at peak, they seem to be past peak and blowing down.
The leaves around St. Cloud, Minnesota are absolutely beautiful today. The weather is supposed to be wonderful this weekend. So if you don't have any plans, take a drive. Especially the back roads between Cold Spring and Avon, Minnesota.
My favorite leaf photos and gazing are when the tops of the trees are red and the colors vary all the way down to the green on the bottom. Here are a few photos to tempt you.
