Concord grapes...we picked up half a bushel today. They are perfect ---smack <3 !!! After eating a serving with supper, we washed and juiced a majority of the grapes. They will stay in my refrigerator until Saturday when I make a jelly or jam with them. (Don't worry. I left enough to nibble on the rest of the week.)
Using the "back to basics" strainer, we strained them but we didn't have the right auger and the heavy skins of the grapes and the seeds kept jamming up the auger. We could have gotten (I'm guessing) another 20% out of the grapes with the right auger.
