Craving beef tonight

Dale hurt his back yesterday and well you all know how men can get when they are in pain.  There was no way he was going to eat whatever weird thing I decided to eat. Instead he was going to eat a pizza.


I was craving beef.  I went to the grocery store and bought a small steak; that will teach him!  I sauteed some mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil then added heavy whipping cream and reduced it to allow the cream to cook in.  That craving is satisfied for now.
