People will either LOVE this or HATE this recipe. It is simple and easy. I make it all the time. But I haven't taken pictures of it because it looks pretty bad. They say that you eat with your eyes first but not if you look at the finished picture of this.
Not to do an advertisement but I absolutely love the buttery taste of club crackers. I make all kinds of toppings to put on top of them. I also have a "bullet" those mini mixers that I usually use for making freezies and frozen yogurts. I also use this for making small amounts of topping for crackers. I mixed cream cheese and braunschweiger. That is it.

I put it in the two ingredients 50/50 into the small cup. Then using the taller of the two blades, I mix it until it is smooth.

It honestly looked better in real life. It had the slightly pinker tone. It really does taste good that is if you like braunschweiger in a slightly more mellow form. If you added some finely chopped onions, it could second as a liver pate.
