When you are Mother Nature, you don't need to be limited to April 1st for pulling pranks.
This is the scene out of my office window. I am glad that I have a home office today.
The Lilac bushes are catching snow in last year's seed pods.
Along the garage another bush is trying to keep pace.
The berries that the birds have missed in the tree by the pond are also collecting snow.
This is a good reason to leave the flower gardens until spring to clean up. They add character to the snow.
One lone goose decided not to go into the barn. It needed to stretch its wings a bit. It only got a foot off the ground.
The sheep are loving the cold weather. But they are wearing a heavy wool coat.
The steers don't mind either. They haven't lost their winter coats yet.
I wish we had this much snow in November. The yard looks so pretty with the fresh snowfall. But I am ready for spring!
Goose, goose, goose. It is goofy but they don't mind it either.
