Little surprise

What a pretty lily!

I must have been traveling last year when these bloomed. I don't remember them. They are a very short lily. 

They are in the NE corner of the West garden.  Please, ignore the weeds.

Honestly, I said ignore the weeds.  With hundreds of moss roses being nurtured, I need to weed carefully.

There is also a weed with a leaf similar to a moss rose when it is small.  Then when they get a certain size they get pudgy and it becomes obvious that it is a weed.

Sometimes the weeds just need to grow awhile in order to know which ones are weeds.
