I started with about 3/4 pound hamburger. It was leftover from another recipe.
Then I added the leftover potatoes, kohlrabi and zucchini. I fried it together well with the hamburger.
I addedthe large kohlrabi, pea pods and mushrooms. I'm cleaning out the fridge, garden and cupboard.
I generally get bucky about peas and carrots together but some of the pea pods had grown too large.
I added cream of mushroom soup and garlic herb seasoning.
After mixing it all together it was ready for the bread topping.
I used some croissants that were in the fridge. I purposely left space between them. I can't wait to see how this turns out!
It turned out beautiful golden brown!
A multitude of flavors with just a touch too much garlic salt. It was too much for 2 people which means leftovers.
