Today was a rainy day that caused the ice on the river to lift up in fog. For late February in Minnesota, this is fairly depressing. Instead of sharing too much about the gloomy, rainy, day I will share about a Jumbo egg.

Dale brought in a super jumbo chicken egg. It barely fit in the palm of my hand.

Our eggs have a variety of sizes and colors. (But they all taste the same).

This one was special because it was a double yolk egg. There aren't many eggs with double yolks. This one jumbo was large enough to equal two large eggs.
