I cooked up hamburger, onions, and mushrooms.
I added a small amout of rice.
Then I added a can of cream of soup and a can of water. It simmered until the rice had cooked all the way through.
Then I took a roll of croissants and rolled it out. I placed several scoops of the mixture after it cooled a bit.
Then I covered it all with another croissant.
I baked it up until it was golden brown. My photo of it served on the plate didn't save right. But it was delicious! Not quite as heavy as the traditional patsy.
