Leaving to learn

Last week Tabatha, my sister, and I took off on a trip to Las Vegas.  We were going to learn. (You are never too old to learn.)

We had a layover in Denver. I think we both wanted to go on a Mountain hike.

There were clouds rolling over the mountains which made it difficult to photograph but beautiful at the same time.

Flying out of Denver to Las Vegas has a lot of beautiful scenery.  Tabatha took the window seat, my camera and my phone for pictures. 

She was yeti hunting.

Oh maybe it was beautiful scene hunting. 

We arrived a day early. I can't believe we found the crepes on our first walk!

A delicious but not so healthy supper.

We registered the day before for the convention.  Women power!  It was a great weekend of women teaching women how to succeed.

Random thoughts

April is almost over, but these were the promotional items that I got with my order this month!  It is always so exciting when I open up the order and have free items waiting for me.  

When Tabatha and I went on our recent trip, one of the snacks they offered were "plane cookies".  I just had to have them.  You know how many times have you played the game "Here the plane comes!  Open the hanger door!" with young children to get them to eat?

These were like animal crackers made in the shape of planes.  Crack me up! (Or, well.....??? )

 

A tough test

I have a cookie jar that ended up under a fly trap.  Some of the goo or glue dripped on top of it.  You can tell that I've been trying to wash it off.  I have been exchanging at least one product in the house a month.  In March I added more Thieves cleaning products to my home.

The Thieves dish washing soap cleaned that sticky mess right off from the cookie jar!  Wooo-hoo!
