Yes, Monday was a double pickle day. Some places cover their fruit and vegetables with an oil to make them shine. No need to do that here!
This was a batch of dill pickles. I guess we are adding dill to the garden for next year and forward.
The store didn't have much dill so I hope that I got enough in each jar.
A clove of garlic was chopped up with each jar of pickles. I might need to try these. There wasn't much sugar.
Then sealing them with a water bath. The recipe said they are refrigerator pickles. But these should be fine without refrigeration.
