Have you seen this 3,2,1 cake?

It sounds too good to be true.  But this really works and it is delicious.  Start with one cake of any flavor and one Angel Food cake any flavor and put them in a gallon sealable baggie.

Mix together.  I also wrote the instructions on the outside of the bag.
  • 3 Tablespoons Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 minute in the microwave (some microwaves will finish baking in 45 seconds.)

You can mix it in any microwaveable cup or bowl.

Measure using a leveled scoop.
It isn't a huge serving but it is a good serving size for a nice snack.

Stir together until lumps are gone.  It might appear frothy.

Single serving batter
The normal instructions say at this point you should put it into the microwave.  But I thought, hmm this would taste good and I modified the recipe. Slice or chunk 1/4 of a small peach (or any fruit would do I guess.)

Add small slices of peaches
Doesn't this look good fresh out of the microwave?  Oh, and it smelled so delicious!

Did you know that cinnamon is a spice that naturally helps to reduce blood sugar levels.  It also tastes very good.  It is a wonderful additive to bring out the flavor of peaches and chocolate cake.

Cinnamon sprinkled on cake
Keeping it low calorie and low fat, I added cool whip for a topping and a few fresh peach slices.

Tabatha, my sister, said "That looks good."  I asked her if  she wanted one too (she wasn't hungry minutes before) and she said yes.  So I made a second one.
