Most places take extreme pride in the public restroom. On the way home the other day, I stopped at a small grocery store to buy a few last minute groceries. I also needed to use the restroom.
I needed to go in the back area normally reserved for employees. I walked past an open door to the butcher area, into the office and in the bac of the office was the public restroom.
Then when I got inside I was appauled! Honestly, couldn't they at least buy a toilet seat the size of the toilet? It was clean but barely.
