Water Cooler/Heater

I have been thinking about this since I changed jobs for an in home office.  I miss instant hot and cold water.  I am a tea drinker and it is so nice to have the instant hot water for a cup of tea.

Personal Water Cooler
I know that there are multiple ways that I could heat water.  I have a tea pot. But then I am heating and re-heating the same water again.  I have a personal soup warmer that can be used for heating water.  But I never seem to get the right amount of water and it always gets too hot.  I can microwave it but despite my recent post of the 3-2-1 cake, I don't cook things in the microwave when I have another option.

I finally called.  The cooler rental is $5 a month.  Five gallons of water is $5.95 with a one time $6 deposit for the jug.  They deliver to local business so to drop off full bottles and pick up empties from
my place is not out of their way.  They will just add it onto the route for the delivery day through town.  I pay between 3.95-5.95 for individual bottles of water.  So the cost should end up cheaper in the long run.

What is that rectangle under the cooler?  It is a "neat and dry" pet pad.  I have been in offices that spills and water leakages have caused problems.  Personally I think the problems were from people not doing the right thing. But, I am not willing to take that risk.  I have a wood floor that looks like tile and it is in very good condition and I intend on keeping it that way.
