So don't think "it is water weight." Because I have been in a weight loss program for about 10 months. This is breaking my plateau. I don't like raw tomatoes; so I have always curled my nose at the traditional BLT. I did a couple of unique things. I used coconut oil instead of butter or mayonnaise on the Ezekiel Bread. Then I added cinnamon on top of the tomatoes to cut the acidity. It was much better that way.

The morning snack was pretty small 1/2 ounce of macadamia nuts.

For lunch I had a salad with shrimp, avocados and combination of raw and sautéed vegies.

The recipes called for a green apple with lunch. I rarely like a raw apple. So I used my StoneWave Cooker and added cinnamon to the apple slices for a cooked cinnamon apple. :^) (My picky side.)

I didn't take a picture of my afternoon snack because it was a repeat of baby carrots with Almond butter. That wasn't what was scheduled. But I didn't like what was scheduled so I swapped from a different day. Most of the vegetables for the evening meal I sautéed. On burgers is one of the few places that I can handle tomatoes. But I like cinnamon on both tomatoes and burgers so it was a must add to this meal.

As I mentioned in the header, it is working. I am dropping weight. Although I am still in those up/down flex pounds that roll when I travel and come home. I expect to see continued weight loss. Hopefully it will inspire others. One note is that it does take prep time and this would not be easy for someone that doesn't have time for meal preparation.
