Too much spice!

I made Chilli last night.  I always eat chilli with cottage cheese to help my body curb the spices.  Right now, "I want ice cream!"
There are two kinds in the freezer but they don't sound appetizing. Instead, I will make dew.
Dew
1 block cream cheese softened. 
That's right! Work it well.  This a low carb treat. Don't hold back on the fat. 😘
Speaking of fat, I added 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream.  I was careful to work it in without whipping it to butter.
Flavor and sweetness! I added 10 drops of liquid stevia and 15 drops of Young Living, peppermint (vitality). 
A small touch of dark chocolate helped provide the mock "mint chocolate chip ice cream."  Mine has double mint with mint chocolate and peppermint. 
I chopped that chocolate into small chunks.  
Then I made sure that it was all blended together well.
Using my large scoop to create serving sizes.
I created 3 doubles. I will probably eat two singles at a time. I put the tray in the freezer to set.
There was enough on the beaters and in the bowl to satisfy my craving for ice cream.  I did dew well! This creation was delicious!  Do you like my name?  Dew you?
