Spaghetti squash and sauce

Dale's sister-in-law sent several squash home with him yesterday. I called a friend to ask her how she cooks her spaghetti squash.  She cooked it whole with a few punch marks with a fork.
It worked well.  It looks like a brightly colored noodle but healthier.
I used some tomatoes that I picked and made into spaghetti sauce, a jar of tomato juice, and two pounds of the hamburger from the steer we butchered. Home grown main meal.
For dessert I added a few drops of nutmeg vitality (essential oil) to some heavy whipping cream and covered my sliced peaches.
Peaches and cream was the end of a fabulous Paleo supper.
