Flag pole garden at it's prime

These pictures were taken a good six weeks ago.  Every year this garden self-seeds to a better and better garden.  
Peek into the greens and you can see a black eyed suzie showing touches of her yellow flower waiting to bloom.
The garden has tall and small with plenty of color for contrast.
The paper-like delicate flowers of the moss roses brighten up any garden while their pointed greenery adds extra texture.
I know, the picture below is a common weed on farms. But I do like the flowers and the texture that they add to the garden.  If I were to allow this flower to remain, in a couple of years that is all that would be left in the garden.
