This afternoon we stopped by a neighbors farm to check out something that they had for sale. I found myself over by the calf pens checking out the young ones.

I know, doesn't the calf above look like a little Norman? This little gal was very content laying there.

These stalls serve as a good starting place for the young cattle. The orange mark that is down its nose was put there to identify that this calf has been weaned from milk to water.

Look at that little cutie! It looks like an overgrown Doberman! ....almost?
