What day is it?

The day before travel day! I fly home tomorrow evening. I stopped by the grocery store to get some meat and cheese for travel food. I couldn't resist the wheat thins. I know! I need to get away from carbohydrates again!   I am feeling so bloated and the two things that I have been eating are carbohydrates and diet coke.

Between moving and working in the road for so many weeks in a row, my healthy eating has gone into the trash! The number one thing that a healthy lifestyle takes is time. As you can tell from my sporadic posts lately, I have been very short on time.
