Blizz'd in Vegas

After Troy left Las Vegas,  Tabatha and I walked around checking out the inside of several hotels and casinos that we had missed in our busy week. By this time in my week I was out of healthy snacks.  I was tempted and fell to temptation.

My sister had a dessert crepe while I had Chicken Alfredo with parmesan cheese. Both crepes were delicious.  Although Blizz is known for it's yogurt, this location made very good crepes.  That leads me with a challenge.  Can a crepe be made with a flour substitute?  By the end of the week, I was feeling my small "cheats" on my health (too much gluten).

Every bite was delicious.  And it may have looked rude, but I left some on my plate when it got to the corners that were crepe only.  Not because it wasn't delicious but because I was trying hard to be a little good.
