It is only fair that when my sister gets a bouquet of rhubarb for Mother's day my brother should get rhubarb for Father's day.
We loaded the trunk with rhubarb before we headed to Iowa for a visit. He took the tops and bases off then cut it up. Together we made a double size rhubarb upside down cake and about 18 bags (4 cups each).
