Today was a day full of cooking. I started out making lasagna.

Then I made goulash. Goulash is a hotdish with a tomato base.

I cooked one of our chicken breasts and it was enough make 2 varieties of chicken dishes. A plain chicken hotdish was the first one that I made.

Then I made chicken and rice.

Last but not least I made spaghetti and meatballs. Since that was last, it was what we had for supper.

I'm exhausted but I still have a few onions to process (in the food processor). I also need to clean up the kitchen. I stopped midday to clean up the morning dishes. What a mess! I took a break from writing to finish the onions and clean the kitchen. I still have 2 pans to wash but they will wait.
