In pain

I like to focus on good things. So I will start this post by sharing the sunset. Isn't it a beautiful sunset this evening?

Yesterday, I was too depressed to write - emotionally in pain. I made the mistake of watching the news report or Heinrich confessing to the abduction, molestation and murder of Jacob Wetterling nearly 27 years ago. Today I saw a picture that Patty Wetterling posted and is being shared around Facebook.
This morning while doing chores there was an incident. Norman,  the brown steer, was ahead of me and to the right. I didn't see that the small sheltland ram was in front of him. I remember seeing Norman ' s back arch and just that fast, he was airborne and my right arm was flying above my head and out of control.

I ended up in the ER. Many hours later I went home with a diagnosis of a torn infraspinatus tendon in my right shoulder. Dale was there to help me out today. It is going to be a difficult for him over the next few weeks. He is picking up some extra chores of mine.
