Several months ago, my sister and I planned our weekend to go to Kansas City. One of her best friends from when she was a teenager lives down there. I have free fly miles and a companion pass for her to fly free. We planned a girls weekend that will cost $22 per person plus food.
Earlier today, her boyfriend of 11 years was found dead in his backyard. They lived together for many years but to appease her family she moved out last summer. We aren't sure if they were still dating or not.
God knew and sent us ahead. She knows that she won't be alone during these first few days. There will be some people that call this coincidence. But I believe that when we walk with God, he whispers in our ear leading us. We may not hear the words the same way that we hear each other. But the words are there.
