Boast of the Bellagio

"Have you seen the fountains infront of the Bellagio?" Was a common phrase that you would hear traveling anywhere in Las Vegas.  It is a free show that draws a lot of attention.  The show runs every half hour from 3 PM to 8 PM then every fifteen minutes until Midnight.

If you look at the buildings behind the fountain you can clearly read high in the air "The Cosmopolitan"  but smaller and closer to the ground on the left side of the picture is "The Jockey Club" resort.  That is where we stayed.  The Cosmopolitan stands in the former parking lot of The Jockey Club.

As of the writing of this article, there were 25 songs that the fountain was choreographed against and they are listed on the Bellagio website.  https://www.bellagio.com/attractions/fountains-of-bellagio.aspx

They even create a fog across the top of the water for some of the shows.  Seen below appears to be a princess crown with a veil of fog.  I'm not sure which song this would have been but the fountains matched the songs very well.  We were able to see several of the programs during the week that we were in Vegas.  They were all amazing to see.  You had to get there 10-15 minutes early to get a good place to watch the show.
