In memory of Eileen Brossard 09/14/2013

Our hearts are bleeding tonight as we say goodbye to our good friend, Eileen.  Saturday morning she lost her fight with lung cancer.  Those of us that believe in salvation share in the hope that our loss is heaven's gain.  Hope also shares with us that Eileen is no longer suffering with the cancer that plagued her the last couple of years.

Bleeding Heart
Once a year we went camping together.  Five of us would rent a large cabin together.  We split the cost of the food for the week. We spent a lot of time on the lake fishing.  Sometimes we sat in the cabin and just visited.  It was always a relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

Eileen always enjoyed seeing the puppies when Duchess had a litter.   She would stop by several times to visit them.

Eileen was 72 years old and the mother of two, adult children.  She married the love of her life at a very young age.  With her new husband serving in the military it was a difficult life.  Their marriage eventually fell apart.  She re-married again, this time the father of her children.  After his death, her ex-husband came back to town.  His second wife had also passed away.  Timing was right and her final years were spent with the love of her life.

We will miss you dear Eileen until we meet again at Jesus feet.
