Cheers to Health!

First I put in one drop of Red Shot.  (The “Red Shot” essential oil blend was formulated by D. Gary Young as his “shot” of choice. Red Shot is a limited time only blend of Tangerine, Mandarin, Lime and Grapefruit, Cassia and Spearmint essential oils.) These were special promotions given to us with designated cyber Monday purchases.
NingXia Red wolfberry juice incorporates the benefits of Goji berry, yuzu juice, aronia berry and therapeutic essential oils into a powerful antioxidant and nutritionally balanced drink.
The recommendation is to drink 1 or 2 two-ounce portions a day. Preparing for 3 weeks of travel, I have chosen to boost my immunity and drink 2 per day.
Cheers! To a journey of increased health!

Jack Frost

I wish that this cell phone camera would have picked up the millions of sparkles across the hayfield!  The dogs took me for a morning walk when they got up this morning. The frost was just starting to melt under the clear skies and bright sunshine.
As I get closer I can see the intricacies of ice droplets and frost glittering off the dried grasses in the field.
I tried hard to capture the sparkle.  The frost is visible but the camera just doesn't want to capture the reflection of the sun which is shining through each section of frost.
Jack Frost was here leaving his sparkles behind.

Fall cleaning?

No I don't fall clean.  I Christmas clean.  I clean as I change out the normal decorations for Christmas decorations.  Here are the before pictures (they are pretty scary).

After pictures.

Surprise!

I arrived home to this beautiful gold package.
Tucked inside was a card with my name handwritten on the outside. I was just mentioning that it is so rare to get real mail and I received a real surprise package.
It was a congratulations gift for hitting STAR.  i started in September and hit STAR by the end of October. As of today, I've shared this exciting opportunity successfully with 2 people.
The packet  contained wonderful business building materials. Yes!  Helping with my goal to reach Executive by January!

Cotton picking Christmas

The decorations are beginning to go up all over the place.  Friday there were several women at the Monroe Louisiana airport decorating trees.
I think someone stole cotton from the fields this fall. Ironically it looks like beautiful garland on the tree.
The other tree which was completed was totally red, white and blue. Yes it was symbolic of American pride.
They are also having a contest for the food shelf.  You "vote" by putting your donation in the winning trees box.  The box with the most donations win!
I look forward to seeing the other entries.

Me eating at Red Lobster?

I tried to be good. I ordered a salad. But I could not resist their rolls.
I had crab legs, rice pilaf, and sweet potatoes.
After supper, I went shopping.  I ended up at a craft store.  There must be a large art contest because I saw 6 four foot square canvases being sold. Those will be some serious paintings.
Me ... I'm taking motivational steps. I wanted to purchase an address book
Inspirations are important so are goals.
My thought for this month:
There is something about handwriting hopes, dreams and goals.

Flight Museum

Monday when I flew into Monroe, I was waiting for my luggage. I decided to walk through the flight museum.
They boast being the birth place of Delta which started as a crop dusting company. (That might explain the landing on the way in.)
There is the section dedicated to the history od Delta airlines.
Then there is a military section.
I love the way this small airport is so proud of it's history.
