Pickles

It is that time of the year. The cucumbers are ready for pickling.

Luckily I have a food processor. I can quickly go back and forth between cucumbers and onions for an ice cream pail full of refrigerator pickles.
I'm never good at judging how much brine needs to be made.  I usually end up making more.
