Eagle watching

We took a tour called lighthouse,  totems, and Eagles. I think the Eagles were added because the boat route naturally went by so many Eagles nests. Since there are so many of us that have a fascination with out national bird, adding it to the name of their tour pulls in extra people.  All of you know how much I love photographing this beautiful bird.  But I had to giggle when the tour guide pointed out the first couple Eagles with the boast that "We'd never seen an Eagle this close before."

Dale and I both replied together, "We have."  Although we were very close to the Eagles, it was as close as we get here when we are on the boat.  In any case they are a majestic bird and we enjoyed seeing them in the trees and flying over the water "hunting".
