A spicy snack for my Keto Foodies

Spicy Pepperoni Snacks
This is a tasty light snack for 242 calories.   For those on the Ketogenic diet it is 93% fat 1 g carbs and 3.6 grams protein. 7 pepperoni chips with dip make one serving.

For a single serving I decided to fry the 7 chips with garlic.  If I was making a larger batch I would have put them in a cake pan and baked them.  This is definitely something that I will make for a potluck or family gathering.

Cream Cheese & Butter flavored with Dill
The dip was made with 2 tablespoons cream cheese, 1 tablespoon butter, and a half teaspoon of dill.  You can also add whipping cream or sour cream could be added to thin it out.


The cream cheese and butter taste is a nice balance to the spice of the pepperoni chip.  It is almost like a crust-less pizza.  I was just thinking that this would be good on a bed of finely shredded lettuce with finely shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes and .... oh sorry, I am stuffed and my mind won't stop thinking of permeations of this recipe.
