Bacon wrapped Jucy Lucy

My sister called me the other night and she was making something new. She didn't tell me what it was called so I have named it and Bacon Wrapped Jucy Lucy.

Your ingredients are as follows:
1 pound of bacon
1 pound hamburger season to taste
1 onion
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Weave the pound of bacon together to make a square.

Partially cooed: turn over
I didn't get to taste it. But they look absolutely delicious!  Tabatha made two rolls.  One with onions and one without onions.  Out of curiosity, I put the ingredients in a recipe creator that shows the nutritional facts.

Finished and ready to serve
Each roll should equal 10 servings at 419 Calories, 1.4g carbs. 31.4g protein. Served with a nice salad that will create a wonderful meal!  I can't wait to try it.  Thanks Tabatha for the great idea!
