Trisha's garlic shrimp

I needed to create my own 200 calorie recipe. It was tastey but short on fat and high on protein.

10 medium shrimp
1.5 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic
2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream

I sauteed the garlic in butter. Then I added the shrimp. When it was well coated I added the cream and allowed it to cook together.

I need to get better at creating high fat, low protein carb free recipes. The change from fat is bad has been very difficult for me.
