Another bacon special

You have heard of filet mignon, haven't you? Dale came home last Friday with four steaks over a pound each. He wanted me to cook all four steaks in the crockpot with cream of mushroom soup. (Doesn't he listen?)

Steak and bacon, what's a woman to do?
Instead of adding carbs, I added fat to it. The cuts of meat were close to an inch thick, so I cut them into thin slices.

Do you see cinnamon rolls?
After I had them cut, I used three strips if bacon to roll them up. Reminded me of a cinnamon roll without the carbs.  I put a small amount of extra virgin olive oil on the bottom of the pan. On the top of each one I added seasoning salt, garlic and onions.

I made sautéed mushrooms to go with it. And made a small potato on the side. I was so full from the rest that I only ate a couple bites of potato. Nope, I wasn't missing it.
