Bucket Lists....

I think I mentioned the other day that my sister stated that I was creating bucket lists for her then helping her complete it. As we spent the day together we talked about bucket lists.  Her first comment was "with a camera like this who needs a bucket list?"  "You so that you can have a place to use that camera" The conversation continued and we decided that...

... a bucket list should be the basis for saving money. Set money aside to help yourself afford some special things.

...bucket lists don't need to be totally outrageous. Some things should be just out of each. (Maybe you need a little extra time, or a friend to join you as you travel, or to save $1,000 to achieve one item.)

...a bucket list should not be a mandatory MUST finish.  Look for fun and frivolous, fancy free fun.

...Some items should be a stretch and some should be more easily done.

With some of those thoughts in mind, we started bucket lists.  Hers starts with * jumping out of the airplane * going on an Alaskan cruise * traveling to Australia

Mine includes * going on an Alaskan cruise * going to the Grand Canyon *traveling to New Zealand *paying off my house loans.
