A Good Catch

Here we are at Hyde Away Bay.  This young eagle was playing games with me.  Okay well maybe it was hunting and just far enough away that I couldn't get a perfect shot even with my sisters 300mm lens.  I took a picture then in the camera edit section I zoomed in three times.  So it is a bit blurry.  But you can see that it is in the process of changing colors.  It has started to get a few of of the white tail feathers. 



Young Eagle

The weather was beautiful.  A few random clouds in the sky.  Temperature in the high 60's to low 70's and a whisp of a wind.  A perfect day to be out fishing.

And in our "secret" fishing spot I caught this HUGE sunfish.  It was the catch of the day and I think the biggest one that I've ever caught.

I finished a chapter in my book today when the others were out in the cold morning fishing.  I love it up here.  It is so relaxing.
